The 18-Yard Club is a venue in development in Columbus, Ohio. This page explains what we collect on this website and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you join the founding waitlist, we collect the information you enter: your name, your email address, what you would come for, and whether you are a student, local professional, creator, group or something else. We do not ask for payment details, and we are not taking payments yet.

How we use it

We use it to email you the opening date and founding-member details, and to decide what to build and which matches and events to offer. We do not sell your information or share it with advertisers.

Who handles it

This site is hosted by Netlify. The waitlist form is processed by a form service that receives your submission and sends it to our email, and it may store a copy in our account with them. Our email is provided through our domain registrar and a standard email service. These providers handle your data only to run the services for us.

How long we keep it

We keep waitlist information until you ask us to remove it or until the club opens and the waitlist is closed, whichever comes first.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete your information, or to take you off the list, by emailing dr_ahrthour@18yardclub.com. Every email we send will tell you how to unsubscribe.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers. Our hosting provider may keep basic server logs, such as visit times and IP addresses, for security and reliability.

Children

This site is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this page, we will update the date at the top.
